Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Solosgym ("Company"), acting as data controller, within the scope explained below.
As of the date this document was prepared, Solosgym's company incorporation process is ongoing and is expected to be completed within 1-2 weeks; the legal entity information (trade name, MERSİS number) will be updated once incorporation is complete.

As Solosgym, we process only the personal data necessary to perform the services we offer through our website, within the scope and for the purposes described below.
No membership/credit package purchase or payment is made through our website; reservations and payments take place exclusively through the mobile app. Data processed through the app (payment, reservation history, device information, etc.) is outside the scope of this notice and is governed by a separate app privacy notice.

Your personal data is collected electronically through the channels described above and is provided directly by you.
The early access page asks only for your email address. This address is not used as a marketing list; it is stored solely to notify you when Solosgym opens. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to info@solosgym.com, and your record is deleted immediately upon request.
The transfer of your personal data to service providers located abroad is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, within the framework of KVKK's provisions on cross-border data transfer (Art. 9); this consent is obtained through a separate Explicit Consent Notice.
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing, subject to the statutory limitation periods under applicable law. Requests received through the contact form are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized within a reasonable period after they are resolved.
The email address you leave on the early access page is retained until its purpose is fulfilled — that is, until the launch announcement is sent — and is deleted within 12 months after opening at the latest. If you ask to be removed from the list, your record is deleted without waiting for that period.
To exercise the rights above, you may send your request to info@solosgym.com (from the email address you previously provided to us and that is on record in our system), through our KEP address if any, or in writing with a wet signature to Uluönder, 26190 İsmet İnönü -2 Blv. Tepebaşı/Eskişehir, Türkiye.
Your application must include information that clearly establishes your identity (full name, national ID number, current address/email) and must clearly state your request. Depending on its nature, your application will be resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given within the time limit, you retain the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
